The scholarship is available to US citizens and permanent residents applying to the Brown Pre-College Program . Dean's Scholarships are not available for non-US citizens, visiting undergrads, students of the Summer High School program, or students applying with the help of a partner organization through our Partner Scholar Program.
If the student is not currently a US citizen or permanent resident, he/she is not able to apply for a Dean's Scholarship.
